EAT London
				Martina has been working with three East London communities over the course of three months creating a sixty square metre model of Central London out of food. A public feast as culmination of the process was held on 28th of April 2007 on Trafalgar Square/ London "From Hyde Park to Tower Bridge, Oxford Street to Elephant and Castle, cooks from the many different communities across east and south-east London have been building the city out of food, creating a feast of all the cuisines that make cosmopolitan London one of the food capitals of the world" link to LIFT website link to event images on flickr
