Dianna Brinsden and Martina von Holn (She and Her) have been invited to create a new performance piece for the Hamburg based intercultural Arts Festival.
She and Her Saylormens Yarn takes anecdotes and narrated fragments from sailor men as starting point and develops a piece which integrates performative visual images with text based narration.
Following an imaginary log book the audience is taken on a journey along endless horizons,
prepared for a fierce storm in the Roaring Forties
and invited to decipher morse code messages arriving from far way coordinates.
